On Friday, 17 April 2026, in keeping with the spirit that defines Insignum—the legal culture association of which we are a member—a conference dedicated to the construction and real estate sector was held in Turin at the UniCredit Corporate University.

The event originated from the collaboration between Notary Maria Teresa Pelle and Attorney Paolo Coppola, with the aim of exploring the many facets of real estate development transactions: from simpler structures, such as profit-sharing agreements and special purpose vehicles (SPVs), to more sophisticated instruments, including securitizations.

Throughout the day, legal professionals shared practical experience and technical insights, fostering a lively discussion with an engaged and highly participative audience.

It was a valuable opportunity to encourage discussion in Turin on legal and financial tools that are still relatively underused—such as the simple partnership (società semplice) and securitization—yet offer significant potential for the real estate sector.
